Focus on Technology Solutions Enabling Value-Based Care

Cedar Gate Technologies ("Cedar Gate"), a partnership between David B. Snow, a nationally recognized Fortune 50 Healthcare CEO, and private equity firm GTCR, seeks to acquire technology solutions that support the healthcare industry's transition to value-based care. GTCR is supporting Cedar Gate's strategy with equity capital from GTCR Fund XI, a private equity fund with $3.85 billion of limited partner commitments.

Cedar Gate has built and launched ISAACTM, an innovative advanced analytic and cognitive computing platform for value-based care performance management that enables providers, payors, and self-insured employers to improve the quality and cost of their care delivery. The company's vision is to provide a single platform for value-based care performance management. Gartner recognized Cedar Gate as a value-based performance management analytic company in their 2016 Hype Cycle for Healthcare Providers.

Cedar Gate is interested in acquiring companies that provide technology and technology-enabled solutions to providers (including IDNs and ACOs), payors, and employers. Additionally, Cedar Gate is also actively evaluating acquisitions that offer a breadth of customers and/or large repository of longitudinal patient data.
