This year marks 10 years since Cedar Gate launched with the vision of founder, Chairman, and CEO David B. Snow, Jr. to become the most comprehensive technology platform enabling value-based care success.

Cedar Gate Technologies first launched as a value-based care analytics platform and an advanced enterprise data management system that could bring together data from multiple disparate systems into a single data lake. From the very start, the Cedar Gate team had a broader goal: to build the first comprehensive, end-to-end platform equipped with all the core capabilities organizations need to thrive in a value-based care future. David Snow and team set out to find the best available technology to achieve this vision.
In 2018 Cedar Gate completed its first acquisition, Global Healthcare Alliance, which offered a comprehensive solution to administer prospective bundled payments. In 2020 the acquisitions continued with capitation software from Citra Health Solutions, healthcare benefits analytics from Deerwalk, and care management from Enli Health Intelligence.
Cedar Gate had all the pieces in place, but we weren’t done yet. Those acquisitions marked the beginning of some of the most intense work to integrate all these systems into a single, end-to-end value-based care solution. It took time, but in 2022 we finally achieved what we set out to do – we created a fully integrated platform that offers a single source of truth for seamless data exchange between our Analytics, Care, and Payment solutions.
Cedar Gate’s success in recent years hasn’t gone unnoticed. We received recognition from several industry analyst organizations – including Gartner, Frost & Sullivan, and IDC – for our software capabilities. This year we were also recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies on the Inc. 5000 list, and as a Top Workplace with awards in the Technology Industry and for Work-Life Flexibility.
